Up for your consideration is my 1971 Volvo 145s, teal blue with dual SUH6 carbs. The vehicle has been respectfully converted from an automatic to a 4sp manual. Very little rust; the only significant rust being in the rear driver side wheel well. One of the best examples of this particular Volvo model you will see, as they have become extremely rare. Wooden Luigi Steering Wheel and custom walnut Volvo shift knob.Light scratches on the hood; were there when I purchased the vehicle ten years ago.Engine rebuilt by me and professionally machined, bored and miched.Hardened valve seats.Only approximately 1000 miles on newly rebuilt B20 engine.Regular oil changes, never driven in adverse weather, and garage kept.Volvo D camshaft.New alternator and battery.Electric fuel pump with adjustable fuel pressure regulator and pressure meter.Car is sound proofed.Chrome has been blacked out in Euro style including grill and headlight surrounds; chrome side molding replaced with Euro black plastic for a sportier look.Chrome around the windows could use a repaint to stay with black.*Carpet is not affixed around edges but is still in good shape.Looks great inside and out.Everything works including aftermarket gauges; oil pressure, tachometer, temperature.New fuel sender as well as professionally cleaned and sealed gas tank.Upgraded Pioneer stereo with cassette and two 6 x 9 Jensen speakers mounted on rear cargo door. (Sounds okay)All parts to restore A/C to factory including brand new sanden compressor and conversion mounting bracket included with car.New windshield included as there is a small chip/crack at the lower driver side ( is not in line of vision and does not leak.)Custom exhaust with heat wrapped headers.Brand new rear shocks.New seat covers on front seats/ kaki tweed to brighten the interior a bit. (Front seats are in poor shape.) Runs and drives wonderfully. *This vehicle is 46 years old and so is sold as is, where is.
