Exterior

This is1941 Willy's pickup with a original steel body, teel suicide doors with custom hidden hinges that open and close perfect with very little effor, original steel running board', he frame is original to the truck the frame has been boxed and molded in and was painted black to give it that smooth super clean look which makes the under carriage is as nice as the out side very clean. The most rarest of all it has the original steel 74 year old truck bedand tail gate that is untouched uncut and isso hard to find most out of them thereare cut up or altered or custom made and not original to the truck .The Willy's pickup has one of the nicest tilt 1 peace heavy duty fiberglass front end that is arrow straight that took many man hours of block sanding and preparation that went into it to make it shine like glass and to look like steel. The front end tilts very easy to open and close which makes cleaning and working on it a snap, he original steel front end was long gone yrs ago . This truck was professionally painted not long ago it was all done in jet black they used house of colors paint and not cheap and it is laser straight and shines like a sheet of glass I would rate the paint job 9 out of a 10 not perfect with some small imperfection but dam close just being honest I am very picky and my feed back speaks for itself.

Interior
The Willy's interior was done by a professional trim shop with a lot of thought and time and custom fabrication that went into it to get the job finished and what a beautiful job that was professionally done to the Willy's interior. I had them special order Red leather material that they use only on Leer jet's very expensive and was a custom order for the Willy's not cheap!. It started with fabricating of the two custom leather door panels that where well insulated for sound inside the cab then we added custom arm rest that to give it that street rod look it all come's together and look super nice. Next was the carpet & floor mat and head liner & trim they all where custom made to fit the cab of the Willy's pickup everything was insulated with Dyna mat materialthrough out the cab for a quiet ride inside before interior was installed and the best of high grade end material offered for longevity was used .The hardest task of all was the bench seat how to fit a bigger driver in itand to make it more comfortable at the same time which was not easy to do as you knowall Willy's are not real big inside to start with.The bench seat was specially fabricated and design to fit a bigger driver by welding and lowering a custom steel base and then custom designing a slim backing and adding material like memory foam for comfort to the upper portion of the bench seat backing for adjusted comfort to support the driver withthe total cost said and done was $5000.00 to have finished of Aug of 2015 .The inside of the Interior feature, ew tinted glass all the way around with new window felts installed, ew 12 circuit quick wire fused panel and all new wire harness through ou, akota digital das, laming river tilt chrome steering colum, very high dollar red leather rap custom Billet Specialties steering wheel, ew under the dash hidden ice cold A/C unit installed, ower window, power lock, ower doors and custom removable center console with cup holders storage compartment and courtesy interior light .

Engine & Trans

The Willy's truck started off as a frame off restoration project about 8 yrs ago or so and there was a lot of money and hard labor and time thatwas spent to get it where it is today very few miles on it since finished this fall . The Willy's has a new set of American 5 spoke triple chrome plated mages mounted on 245/35r20 in front and 255/30r22 in the rear the tires wherenot cheap very expensive. The front end is Heidts rac, chrome upper and lower a arms and front adjustable chrome coil over spring, ear end is a 9'' ford all detailed and painted gloss black with 308 gear set up for cruising and a nice set of chrome rear shocks with a new set of leafs spring and bushings where all done when installed followed by a custom ladder bar set up that works super and real nice and it is also detailed as well.The engine bay has a lots of chrome goodies very highly detailed and done in gloss black just like the firewall which is also painted gloss black and giving that smooth look just super nice and super easy to keep clean. New Chevy crate motor 350 300H/P motor with a nice sounding cam it also has aluminum intake and a new Edelbrock Performer Carburetor that is cooled by a heavy duty Griffin Polished 4 core aluminum radiator not over built just perfect for long trips and dependability the way it is suppose to be.The 41 Willy's is back up with a turbo 350 with heavy duty parts in the trans all new and rebuilt that shifts smooth and runs out perfect to a enjoy nice cruise and last a long time.The engine also has a new set of jet coated shorty headers and a new full exhaust with turbo mufflers with a nice sound through the exhaust .The last feature is a super nice 15 gallon fuel tank with sender that work's perfect and very accurate hidden under the rear bed mounted very neatly and secure done the right way with a gas filler in the passenger side rear fender with gas door you push and it pops open easy access to fill her up with out having a mess all over look at pitcher i have posted.

Last Details

Finally It is titled as a 1941 Willys that is original title to the truck clear and free no leans and this is a turn key Willy's. This is a true investment the value just keeps going up! they are super Rare! and hard to find specially in the form of the original factory steel body not to many exist today which make's it worth a lot more then a Willy's fiberglass body that are sold as a kit you can buy today. There are more Willy's fiberglass kit cars or truck's produced today then the originally factory steel one's ever produced in past history of the Willy's that is why the steel Willy's are most wanted and rare! today and hold there value.
