1950 Willys Jeepster Convertible Great Driver GREAT LOOK! 48 49 with HD VIDEO!!

This 1950 Willys Jeepster convertible was owned by a shriner from Missouri who maintained it and drove it in all of the shriner events and parades and fund raisers. He became ill and couldnt drive any longer. I purchased it last fall and had it delivered here in iowa and drove it before our winter season set in and had a great time with it. Now that spring has arrived I am listing it for sale for someone else to enjoy.

The car had a repaint at least ten years ago and still looks great. I did not see any rust issues or bubbling. I pictured any daily driver wear I saw (minor chips, cuffs etc).The chrome looks good as pictured and vidoed and the upholstery was redone less than three years ago and looks good. The underside looks good with only normal road wear. The previous owner drove it with the top down only but the soft top is there. The top has a tear as pictured and shoud be repaired/replaced. This is a easy replacement on ebay as they sell for $350 on ebay and are preassembled and are easy to install. the tires are servicable and driver quality but show age.The side curtains are in great shape and the convertible boot looks good.

This Jeepster runs great and shifts all gears the way it should and the overdrive works the way it should. All of the guages are working including the speedometer. The radio does not appear to be hooked up. I drove this for the video up to 65 mph so it will go freeway speed but in my opinion I would put steel belted radials on it to give it a smoother ride. I did not see any leaks under the car in my showroom where it is parked.I do not want to overcall or undercall this car as it is a daily driver and it has a great look/condition for being 66 years old.
