PRE OWNED- I've owned this 1953 Willys for about 5-years now. Spent time & dollars adding any missing original parts to keep it as original as possible. Original 4 Cylinder flat head motor. 46K original miles. I've put about 3K miles on it over 5-years. Paint is possible original but last owner tried to spot paint areas in original forrest green. Excellent match! paint still looks great with lots of patina. There's only a small quarter size section of rust on front bumper. All chrome on bumpers and misc. is in excellent condition and still shines. I've added seat belts back/front seats, professionally replaced all interior and added carpet to floor, this kept noise level down when driving. Replaced 3 tires in recent months to match original tires. 3-cracked side windows replaced. two pc.windshield and rear tail gate windows are original. Replaced battery 3-months ago. Car runs great! This is a 6-volt. I've added new-modern radio/CD player in glove box and added 3-speakers. Manual 3-speed on column. I have clear title and pink and all new registration tags! Original VIN plates are on vehicle. All lights, turn signals, break lights, internal dash lights, gas, oil, gages work! This is an excellent collectors driver. I've made every effort to add creature comforts but keep it original. I've kept her garaged and stored since purchased. Someone could add a paint job but I wanted to keep it as is to display a period long gone. Hate to see her go but it's time for me to move on. Looking for something else.
