Description of 1946 Willys CJ2A

1946 Willys Jeep CJ2A, Sounds like the Jeeps on MASH. No title, Buyer Pick Up Only. Condition is Used. Jeep has about 1,700 mile on it since it was refurbished and has lived in California for most of its life. Runs strong and straight. No steering pulling and brakes well. I drove it about a hundred miles in the last week or so and put it into storage. I noticed a spot of 'something' on the concrete under the front gear box. I am not a real 'enthusiast' so I don't know all the nomenclature surrounding the Jeep. Sometimes, in second gear, it will pop out of gear if are letting up on the gas. It sometimes 'grates' when going into second. Guess it depends on how good you are at shifting. The battery is not getting charged for some reason. There is a small tear in the left cargo cushion. Tires look good but they are the same ones that were on it when I bought it 16 years ago. Has never been 'off road' or banged around. I took it fishing, on an island, and now I'm not. So, it needs to find a good home. As is, where is. Buyer to arrange shipping and bears the cost. Great vehicle for The 4th of July. She always turns heads.
