Remote transmission cooler mounted to radiator.Transfer case: Early-Mid 80’s Ford Borg Warner Transfer CaseDriveshafts: Custom for chassis- front and rear with grease fittings.Brakes: Converted front disc and rear drum, power booster; disc/drum proportioning valve.Steering: Power steering box/pump from late 1970 Ford F-150 modified to chassis. Late ‘70’s Bronco tilt column. Borgeson universal shafts, u-joints, support bearing.Chassis/Suspension: Early ‘70’s Ford F-100 with Gabriel progressive coil front springs, heavy duty Class C motorhome rear leaf springs. Chrome diamond plated rear bumper.Wheels/Tires: American Racing 16” with Dunlop radials.Extra parts: 2 sets front fenders, front valence pane, extra Willys bumper, Drivers and Passenger doors,Replacement sheetmetal for bed. (Front panel, sides, stakepockets, tailgate, bed floor supports, lower side panels).Bed sheet metal is all 16 GA. Bed was designed as kit to feature hardwood planks and chrome strips. Louvered hood (some minor dents, solid, never installed). Sourced original style stake pockets and made bed sides at 45 deg to match at top. Thin walled tubing was to be welded in effort to replicate the original bed sides since sheet metal could not be manufactured with rolled top. Have center portion of original tailgate with ‘W-O’ to use a pattern.New front windshield gasket, extra speedometer and gauge assemblies.
