Description of 1978 Alfa Romeo Alfetta |
There is something about Italian sports cars that make you feel alive. The sound of this Alfa Romeo's ANSA exhaust is no different...raspy and exciting. The way that the door sounds and feels as it closes, mits an European tone and feel, hat is much different than the cars from the states in the late 70's. The Alfetta name (Little Alfa in Italian) came from the nickname of the Alfa Romeo Tipo 159 Alfetta, successful Formula One Car which in its latest 1951 iteration paired a transaxle layout to De Dion tube rear suspension, ike the modern saloon. The four-cylinder coupé was available from 1975 to 1977 under the moniker Alfetta GT, enamed the Sprint Veloce for the final two years of production in 1978 and 1979. This vehicle only has just over 16,000 miles making this a very low mileage and complete vehicle... ...an exceptional vehicle indeed. |
