Description of 1987 Alfa Romeo Spider

This spider is in very good condition. It is not a show car. but is a dependable daily driver. and has been my daily driver for over a year. I have had many Alfas over the past 25 years. and am very well acquainted with what it takes to maintain them. This one was in storage for some time before I took it in trade for another vehicle. It has a brand new Haartz cloth top by Robbins. It has had the following items replaced in the past year: water pump. all belts. all hoses. injection hoses. fuel pump. installed RML distributor. magnecor wires. Bosch blue coil. K&N air filter. front brake calipers. rear brake calipers. new brake master cylinder. new pads. new clutch master cylinder. new clutch slave cylinder. new cloth hose. new tires. new battery. new (hard to find) Ansa slash cut exhaust. new center exhaust. rebuilt drive shaft (new bearing and u joints). new transmission mount. new motor mounts. The air conditioner system is complete but does not work. Also. the radio does not work. People sell Alfas when they become a burden and undependable from lack of proper care. This is a very rare find - an Alfa that is completely caught up on maintenance. This spider needs nothing but to turn the key and have fun in it. Please remember that this is a 28 year old car. and although it is in good condition. this is not a hangar queen. It has been driven and has the associated small nicks and dings that go with that.
