Description of 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider

I have owned this car for a little over 2 years. This is my second Alfa Romeo. It stays garage parked and I can safely say I have driven less than 100 miles. The car is quite beautiful and my favorite body style. I have the history of the car. I am going to list below the things I have found.
1. There have been no accidents reported on the carfax that was provided to me.2. There is an issue with speedometer (arrived to me that way) it is frozen at 84,992 so I can't provide an actual mileage.3. There are some what appears to be gravel marks on the hood of the car. There were there at the time I purhcased.4. The paint seems in good shaped except one place near the back fender.5. The 2nd gear you have to coddle but just ease into it and it works fine. Otherwise seems to make a sound of grinding.6. The cars in in garage most of the time but I do notice the battery drains. And a slow oil drip.I had same issues on my other alfa, seems something was taking power. If I jump car it starts right off but it stays parked so much is the main issue is my guess.7. The center console might need replacing but for me just cometic reasons.8. The rear bumper alwasy had duct tape on the plastic part. The bumper is secure just not the plastic pieces on side.These are the only things I have noticed
