1962 Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider

You are bidding on a 1962 Alfa Romeo 1600 Giulia Spider. This is a very original, unmolested, numbers-matching car that needs a full restoration.

After doing a complete inventory on the car, the only items I found to be missing were the radiator, spare wheel, and the gas tank. Everything else can be accounted for, including the top bows, little trim items, escutcheons, door handles, exterior trim pieces, etc.

This car sat outside for about 5 years with holes in the convertible top, resulting in rusting out of the floors. The rust appears to be confined almost entirely to the cockpit floors, (and is extensive in this area), as well as the rear part of the trunk floor. These two areas will require replacement panels. The rest of the car is essentially rust-free. The rockers show no rust or surface rust, and the front pan is intact and essentially rust-free, as seen in the pictures.

I do not know if the engine will turn over as I have not tried it. I would expect that whoever buys the car will be planning on a complete engine rebuild anyway with new pistons and liners.

I expect payment within 5 days of the end of the auction. The car can be picked up after your check has cleared my bank. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be given a Bill of Sale only for this car as Georgia is a non-Title state for cars older than 1985. There is NO TITLE for this car. (EBay does not have an option box for "Bill of Sale Only", so disregard the "Clear Title" option in their heading.)
