I don't have any history on this car as we are a towing company and this vehicle was impounded and not retrieved by its owner. based on the aforementioned it will come with what is refereed to as a lien packet. This is the paperwork you take to the DMV to get a title. We have the key and started the car. it runs and in my opinion only I believe it needs a catalytic converter and a mass air flow meter and that is why it is running a rough.
