I am selling my 1978 AMC Concord because it is too nice to use as a donor car. My original plan was to use the front brakes for my 1967 AMC Rambler swap. I drive this car every day from my home to my shop and Idon't have any issues except for a higher then normal idle speed. The front seat does have tears in it and there are discoloration on the interior plastic trim. There is one piece of plastic trim that is damaged from the previous owner not knowing how to remove it. This piece is the steering wheel collar trim that mounts under the column with 2 small screws. I see this piece on ebay for $20.00. There will be a free ignition tumbler switch included with this car because the previous owner must have lost his keys so they popped off the ignition switch and now we use a screwdriver to start the car. I bought the switch but have yet to put in in. If i get around to it before this car sells than i will install it, but if idon't then it will be in the glovebox for the new owner to install. The tires are very nice and the factory wheels are as well. The dash looks very clean and all gauges function as they should. My drive everyday is about 5 miles each way and I putt around the neighborhood to fetch parts and lunch. I am not saying that this car is ready for a trip from coast to coast but i am saying that I feel confident getting in her and driving to where I need to go without any worries of breaking down, flat tires, dead battery or running out of fluids. The rust on top of the fenders is bad and it looks like the previous owner used spray foam to fill them in. You will either need to weld in patch panels or get new front fenders. A goodbody man can get this car looking great with ease. There are other rust spots on the car but none as bad as the front fenders. All of the trim is on the car and the glass is good. This car has a clear Michigan Title. I have many other pictures and I can also do Face - Time with you so you can see the car in real live time. Text me 954-980-9339 for additional photos, video and information... I am transparent.
