1966 Rambler / AMC Marlin. This is a very original and complete car. I do have all wheels and full wheel covers for this car. I purchased this from the original family ownership. It has a repaint in the desirable originalturquoiseblue ( should polish up) and has the optional vinyl top and inserts and rocker mouldings. The original 287 engine and automatic trans, and power steering and brakes. Complete including owners manual and full cover hubcaps. It was running when parked where I purchased it. The previous owner could not get it to start but it turned over fine. I have looked at it a couple of times and I think it does not have spark. I did open up the engine compartment wire loom to check the wires. ( see the pic). I did NOT hack up the wires or the loom. I did put in a new set of points / condensor and I did verify the distributor was turning. I was unable to get spark. I have since purchased a petronix electronic ignition yet to be installed. The interior is complete and ORIGINAL. The interior flaws are on FLAT PANELS and should be repairable still using the original seat inserts. I have the "M" for the drivers side. Cars is not rusty. Does show signs of body work on left rear ( see pics ). This is a rare car, less than 4500 made and the only year badged only as a Marlin. In 1965 these were Rambler Marlins and in 1967 these were AMC Marlins. If you would like a car that is a VERY EASY restoration or refurbishment, a real head turner on the street or car shows or museum display as a survivor and AFFORDABLE! This is it.
