Description of 1982 AMC Other

As pictured, an original 1982 AMC Eagle Sedan. 74,300 miles. Clear title. 2 sets of keys. Car was purchased new in southern PA (see original purchase receipt.) In 1990's, the car came to the Baltimore area; owner was a policeman. He passed away about 6 years ago and his widow garaged the car until May of this year. She sold it to a neighbor who performed routine maintenance on it including draining the gas tank. We are AMC enthusiasts and acquired the car from him recently. He indicated he had road tested it approx. 15 miles; trans, brakes fine. Starts up nice but has a squeal in the serpentine belt which comes and goes. We have not tested the A/C or heat but the blower works fine. Valve cover gasket appears to have some seepage.
See pictures for the incredible interior. Trans hump carpet faded. The rear seat may have never been sat in! No foul interior odors. Four correct 205 75 R15 M&S tires with plenty of tread. Underside has some rust but no frame rot we could detect. Full size spare and original Eagle jack in trunk.
See pictures for exterior imperfections. Paint is fair and some portions of the car resprayed at some point. Cowl on driver side has peeled. Left side front and rear bumper ends missing. Driver door has some sagging with the hinge but it still opens and closes properly. Has the selectable 4 wheel drive. We engaged it and it seems to operate fine in limited testing on our gravel driveway.
We have some receipts from the cars history. Brakes fully serviced 2002 @ 63k miles along with water pump and new muffler. Transmission serviced in 1994 @ 47k miles.
