This AMC Eagle has been my project for the last two years. I have spent that time going through the car and sorting what needed to be fixed and making some improvements.Interior - I removed all the seats and old carpeting ( floor pans were fine ), I then installed DynaMat throughout the car. I installed new carpeting ( like original ) in the floors and trunk area. I steam cleaned all the seats and reupholstered the drivers seat back. I installed DynaMat in the roof and installed a new headliner. I resprayed all the faded plastic trim and the dash. Installed custom floor mats, fixed or replaced all seat belts. A/C and all gauges work. After market radio.Exterior - I repainted all the plastic skirting and wheel arches. Touched up all the paint ( paint is excellent and shines well with a few blemishes, but paint is original ), buffed and waxed car. All trim and glass is excellent. Replaced the missing roof rack. All trim pieces are there.Mechanical - I installed a new battery, replaced the flywheel, new starter, 4 new Monroe shocks, replaced the sway bar links, fuel hoses, upper and lower ball joints. I upgraded the wheels to Jeep Grand Cherokee and installed 4 new tires ( original wheels come with car). The tires have less than 200 miles on them. This is not a show car, but a well sorted, no rust example of a unique and ahead of it's time vehicle. Why am I selling it ? I'm now looking to buy a Studebaker Daytona for my next project.
