1961 Rambler Classic Wagon with 1977 Trans Am Power Train This wagon has been updated to a 1977 Trans Am Engine, Transmission and Differential. Those components were left stock when transplanted. The center console shifter of the Trans Am was also transplanted. This car has been restored for approx. 10-15 years but is still ingreat condition. Its not a hack job, and was professionally completed. Interior is in terrific condition including the rear tailgate and roll down back window. Its a pleasure to drive and will easily cruise at 70-75mph without any trouble. The original radio face was customized to fold down, and a modern CD player installed behind it. Looks completely stock when folded back up! The flames are painted on and of course it comes with the awesome surf board! This car gets all the looks!! There a just a few things that do not work on this car: Speedometer, Dash Lights, Dome Light, and factory temp gauge, but there is an aftermarket temp gauge in the console.
