INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS AT (76O) 8O5-803eight. I WILL BE HAPPY TO DO A BUY IT NOW FOR SERIOUS BUYERS. This car is just plain fast, fun, and will bring a smile to your face every time you take it out. It is a 1978 AMC Gremlin that you can drive every day and light up the tires pretty much whenever you feel like it. Instead of the gutless 6 cylinder engines that most Gremlins have, this one has a rebuilt 360 cubic inch V-8. It is not a hacked up race car at all. It is a nicely done and very clean conversion. The car runs very well and is obviously fast when you like it to be but also has excellent street manners. It starts right up every time, settles into a smooth idle, and never gets hot even in Southern California traffic. It is very drivable. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. It has power steering and power disc brakes. The body is excellent as you would expect from a well kept CA car. No rust. Excellent floorboards. It is very straight. The paint is nice. Not perfect, but nice. The car is actually a little bit lighter yellow than it appears in the pictures. Cragar SS wheels for that classic 1970s retro look. The interior is in good shape. The dash is in nice condition, as are the door panels. The front seats are obviously more modern. The back seat is original and good condition. It even has a Sparkomatic radio with Jensen speakers so you can really re-live your High School days and crank up the Whitesnake. I have two extra sets of wheels that are included. The optional aluminum slotted AMC rims and another set of Rally wheels. You can have them all. Clean, clear title in hand. The car obviously will not pass California smog with all of the modifications. This is just a cool little car that everybody loves. You could certainly not build it for what you can buy it for today. It is definitely a Sleeper and will surprise plenty of Mustang and Corvette owners at a stoplight in their cars that cost significantly more money. It is a great car but not a rotisserie restored car and is not perfect by any means. Please be realistic with your expectations. Try to find one this clean back East! I am located in Solana Beach, California in North County Coastal San Diego.
