1965 Rambler Marlin--EXTREMELY RARE--327 V8

Hello, you are bidding on an extremely rare classic car today. This is a 1965 Rambler Marlin 2 door hardtop fastback coupe. It is a limited production model--only made for three years (1965-1967). This one is from the first year of production (1965) where only 10,327 cars were produced. This specific car is number 3,466 off the assembly line. It has the 327ci, 4 barrel V8 engine (the largest of the engines in the marlin) and runs great, cranking out 270hp with its 3 speed automatic transmission. Great car to take to the shows or just gets the double thumbs up driving around town. It has 60,499 miles on the odometer and it is all original, save for the tires and wheels. The plush cranberry interior is incredibly comfortable and the cloth material is impeccable. Some of the vinyl, weather stripping and carpet are showing signs of wear, but this classic breathes luxury as it was originally designed to do. The cherry red exterior is accented by a white top adding to its concept design and slick looking body style.
