FOUR YEARGROUND UP RESTORATIONDEACCESSIONEDFROM APACIFIC NORTHWEST MUSEUMU N I Q U E 1 9 2 1 F O R D B O A T T A I L S P E E D S T E RI N E X C E L L E N T M U S E U M Q U A L I T Y R E S T O R E D C O N D I T I O N This is a very rare opportunity to acquire a museum restored 1921 Ford Boat Tail Speedster which was one of four Model T's that had undergone an extensive four year ground up full frame off restoration professional (apprenticeship assisted) Speedster body refitting program funded by the museum. Also undertaken in the restoration was a completely rebuilt motor and transmission. The original 6 volt electrical system was converted to a modern 12 volt system utilizing an alternator instead of a generator and the engine can be started with a crank or a push button. The car is 100% turn key and is ready for vintage rally's and has been driven less than 80 miles since work on the Speedster was completed. The Model T Boat Tail Speedster bodies are as diverse and varied as the personalities that built them and this very beautiful and elegant Art Deco coach work is always very popular at antique car shows and a very astute collector car investment which will surely appreciate in value. This Speedster body is constructed out of professionally milled and treated cabinet grade lumber (as was many of the Ford Speedsters of the "Roaring Twenties") and professionally painted by museum curators. This magnificent museum quality collector car is ready for exhibition and/or years of enjoyable vintage motoring. Please email with any and all inquiries and/or trade propositions.
