1981 Austin Mini VIN#:SAXXL2S1N10100896 A+ 998cc with single HS4 Verto Clutch Cylinder compressions: 165, 165, 180, 180 RHD w/ new GP Race steering wheel (The original will also come with the car) Gray/White w/ chrome bonnet stripes Black w/ red piping interior 12" wheels Front disc, rear drum brakes 4 Speed manual New coil and distributor New clutch hydraulics Heat does work. Yellow poly bushings on engine mounts, sub frames, suspension, etc New tail lights Locking fuel cap 20ft paint. It could use a repaint. I think the paint is original and it is showing it's age. No rust apart from some minor dime-sized or smaller surface rust spots at the usual A-pillar and door mirror locations. No rust at all on the floors. I believe the carb either needs a tune or a cleaning. The LF spotlamp doesn't seem to work. The headliner is sagging. Overall, it's a super fun go-kart like car to drive that also gets all the fun mood-lifting Mini attention; thumbs up, pictures and genuine excitement from everyone sees it, and then some more being that it is right hand drive.
