1988 MINI Austin City E · Coupe · Driven 63,000 For sale is a 1988 Austin Mini City E 1000 with Stage 1 conversion.RHD model imported to the US from the UK. All relevant import documentation, taxes and fee's are paid and will be provided with the sale. VIN - SAXXL2S1020389537 Blue with chromed bumpers and black updated interior including black bucket seats. The car has the 998cc inline-four single tuned carb paired, with high flow needle, matched to a Stage 1 conversion & a four-speed manual gearbox.62k miles on the clock with full service history paperwork dated back to 1994. Extensive parts & labor $$$$ over the last 12 months - - Stage 1 Upgrade including - RC40 full big bore exhaust, High flow inlet and exhaust manifold, carb overhaul & high flow needle install.- Full carb tune following Stage 1 upgrade.- New filters, hoses, plugs, distributor cap/rotor and race spec cables- New alternator, starter motor, ignition coil, battery and wiring tidy up- Fuel system inspection, filter and tune up- Brakes, Steering, Suspension, safety points check-up / fluids- JBW W8 Black Steel 12" Wheels on the vehicle at present- GAS Lowered Shock absorbers. Never installed on vehicle.- LED headlight upgrade- Minisport interior. I also have the original seats, mirrors, headlights and other misc parts if wanted. The vehicle does have some rust spots around the sills and rear window seals, shown in photos but is generally good body condition all round and mechanically sound.
