I am cleaning out my hangar to make room for more toys. My loss is your gain. This 1992 Bentley Turbo RL, chassis #44241, is one of the unusual long wheelbase cars. The Masons Black exterior is paired with Silverstone hides piped in black. Silverstone carpets and Burr walnut veneers complete the interior. Long wheelbase cars featured both vanity mirrors and folding picnic trays to the rear compartment. The longer car also offers rear seat passengers 4 extra inches of leg room than the standard Turbo R. The paint on this car is shiny, but would benefit from buffing to remove micro-scratches. There are numerous chips on the nose around the headlamps. The hides are generally in very good condition. The driver's side carpets are worn around the foot pad, but are otherwise good. A full set of genuine sheep moutons in good condition is included. The veneers are generally free of cracks, but the driver's side door cap rail is marked from the seat belt buckle – very common on these cars. #44241 has been in the hands of an owner who loved it and used it extensively for many years. Although it has been driven more than 138,000 miles, it has been well cared-for most of its life. Was serviced at Bentley High Point for many years. I just put in 2 new seat motors at a cost of $900. Tires are less than 12 months old. Most of its miles are highway miles. Accelerates to 120 mph with no problems. It runs and drives well. Its 6.75 liter Turbocharged V-8 provides significant power. 1992 was the first year of the 4-speed GM-derived gearbox. The wheels are in very good condition and the tires have good tread. Overall, this is a nice daily driver. This 1992 Bentley Turbo RL is sold AS IS/WHERE IS – without warranty of any kind. This is a used car. Please do not thing you are buying a new car. I don't drive it much anymore and want to see it go to someone who would drive it and take care of it. No time wasters please.
