Thank you for viewing this gorgeous 1960 Bentley S2 Right Hand Drive. This fine British motorcar comes to us on consignment. The current owner has owned it for the past eleven years. Out of the 2. 08 units that were produced at the Crewe facility. we believe this is 1 of 3 right hand drive units that still exist here in North America. It is finished in two tone black and silver over black interior. The color combination is stately and stunning! One cannot help but stare at this classy motorcar. The walnut wood throughout the interior is all original. including the dash. Some of the panels have been reglued over the years. There are several cracks and fractures on the wood panels. The leather seats. the carpet and the headliner are new. and are 100% flaw free. The boot area is in outstanding condition. This Bentley was repainted several years ago. but still shows incredibly well. There are some minor stress marks and a couple of splinters in the paint. The chrome is all in good condition. minus some pitting around the window trim. front lights and rear lights. The Bentley hubcaps have some corrosion on them. There is no rust to be found on this car. There is some minor corrosion in the lower boot well. The engine bay looks good. With all of this being said. this Bentley S2 is still in amazing condition. From a distance. she shows flaw free. It is only when you get close to the car. that you notice certain issues. It is very obvious that she has been stored in a climate controlled facility. Mechanically and electrically. it is in outstanding condition. She. quietly. fires right up and sounds amazingly well. The drive is sound. solid and sturdy. The owner gave this S2 all the attention that she needed. and deserved. To say this car is 'roadworthy'. would be an understatement. All gauges perform properly. All electronics work as they should. The ASC sunroof opens and closes properly. The air conditioning units cool as they should. The engine was recently serviced. as well as the braking system. There are ZERO leaks. minus some very minimal seepage. As everyone knows. this is perfectly normal for a European motorcar of this era. The tires are in excellent condition.
