1948 Bentley Mark VI 4 1/4 Litre Mark 6 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith

This is an auction for a 1948 Bentley Mark VI. The Mark VI is equipped with Bentley’s 4.3L straight 6 paired with a 4 speed manual gearbox. The odometer shows 58906 miles. The car was restored from 2002-2003 at a cost of over $51000. All receipts and records from the restoration process are included. See typed summary below.

The Bentley starts easy and runs well. It shifts smoothly through all gears and the brakes are strong. It does not smoke and maintains good oil pressure and water temperature. All of the gauges work. It has been used sparingly over the past 5 years and should be gone through for more frequent use. The body panels are nice and the bonnet trunk and doors close easily and fit tight. There is a dent near the gas cap (see pictures). The underneath is solid and clean aside from the typical oil spotting. The paint is overall very good and tan cloth roof is in excellent shape. The leather seats wood dash and carpets are all very good as well. The tires have lots of tread and the chrome Bentley hubcaps are in nice shape.
