Description of 1988 BMW 3-Series sports

Alright, ere we go, his is my beloved BMW E30 convertible with 5spd manual transmission

It is in excellent condition with no cracks on the dash, nd this is the only one that I have ever seen without one in my ownership of 15 of these cars. The body and paint are all original with no paintor body work ever to the car. It is 28 years old, nd does have a few little dings from normal use. I bought the car 10 yearsago from the original owner, hom was a pilot. It was maintained to the max by this man, nd I have kept true to this also. I only run Castrol Syntec since the rebuild, nd 91 octane 100% gasoline when available. There are times when I am out of town and cant find it readily available. The interior is original and is excellent with no rips or tears of any sort in the seating. The car has the optional sports seats which are much better than the new ones in my opinion, nd I can say this because I have a newer one. I also have 3 more e30 cars, s they are my favorite of all BMW cars. The odomerer shows 240k, ut the motor has been completely rebuilt from the bottom up to the tune of 4700.00 in 2013. I do have receipts and pictures to document this.I estimate that the car has 27k on the engine rebuild. The clutch is new as of September 2015 and the car shifts and drives like brand new. The suspension is all new to include struts, ie rods, ushings, nd control arms. The car drives as if it was brand new. I love taking this car through the mountains, nd she loves to be driven. She starts on the first try everytime, nd is constantly getting compliments everywhere we go. The original owner told me that it developed a noise in the rear end about a year before I bought it, nd he had the rear end rebuilt. I don't have documentation of this, ut I have no reason to doubt an older man that I got to know pretty well. Nonetheless, cannot provide proof of it, ut the rear end is as quiet as can be. All lights, ncluding trunk, ome, ash, nd glovebox lights work. All power to include locks, indows, irrors, ruise, nd heated seats are 100% fuctional. The top is near mint with a nice clear back window. The top operates perfect, nd is all manual. The little shock that holds the boot cover for the top is weak, ut it never bothered me, just held it up while I tucked the top away. The wheels are the original bottlecaps, aired with Bridgestone Potenza tires that are near new, tleast 90% tread remains. Like I said, love this car, ut I don't have garage space to store it since I moved, nd hate seeing it sit under a cover outside. I really want this car to go to an enthusiast, s she is one of very few in this shape. There is one small flaw on the lower part of the passenger door, here the original owner barely scrapped it on the side of his garage. It is barely noticeable, nd I chose to leave it as opposed to having paint work done on this all original beauty. I will post more pics when it stops raining, ut these are the ones that I had of it. If you have any questions, r want to make an offer, hen please call 865-936-1954 or feel free to text. I have a clear TN title in hand and 500.00 is due after auction, nd balance upon delivery. I will accept cashiers checks, ash, nd personal checks, ut the funds must clear before I let my car leave my sight. I will do anything necessary to help in shipping or delivering, ut the cost is on the buyer. I will deliver within 100 miles for gas money only. Thanks for looking
