Description of 1972 BMW 2002

For sale is my 1972 BMW 2002 tii. I've owned it for 15 years. The previous owner bought it in the late 70's in San Francisco. It's a California car. garaged its entire life. It is in excellent original condition. It has been repainted once many years before I bought it. 99% rust free. Interior is in very good condition with the usual dash crack and a split on the drivers seat bottom. The carpet has been replaced with a maroon pile. (not by me) The engine pulls very strong. Transmission shifts up and down smoothly with no syncro issues. Engine and trans are numbers matching.
