Description of 1990 BMW 3-Series

Preface:

I'm a collector. I like to collect intriguing or beautiful mechanical pieces and then take care of them / enjoy them until it's time to sell. Over the last 15-years I've acquired a few cool toys, but now it's time to sell them and move on to the next phase.

For sale in this ad is a 1990 BMW E30 325iS

This was my VERY first car. It was purchased for me in 2000. She has been my baby and meticulously cared for ever since.

About 9 years ago the clutch burnt out. When I pulled the transmission to replace it I decided to do an engine swap. I tracked down an E34 M5 S38 and put together - over the course of 3-years - a bunch of custom parts to make a ridiculously fast sleeper.

I’ve put the original M20 engine back in the car for this sale, as I didn’t feel I’d get my money’s worth with the swap in her, but I am selling the swap package on a separate auction.

This car has about everything I could acquire to make her handle better. Powerflex bushings everywhere, offset Aluminum control arms, racing dynamic sway bars / strut bars, short shifter, IE sway bar reinforcements, TMS subframe reinforcements, rebuilt brake calipers with brass guides, stainless brake lines, Brembo rotors, etc. The list goes on and on.

It’s a true iS with heated seats that are in immaculate condition.

The paint is original Brillantrot and the interior is original tan.

There are M-Tech sideskirts / chin spoiler / rear bumper cover.

Check out my YouTube Channel for videos of startup / walkaround. Check out my other auctions for the rest of my collection.

If you use the Buy It Now price I will throw in the extra set of OZ wheels that have unused Blizzaks on them (a $1,200 value)
