Description of 1985 BMW 6-Series Base Coupe 2-Door

Up for sale is my 1985 BMW 635csi. I have enjoyed her for nearly 3 years and it is time to move on. The car is very original and unmolested. It has the most desirablecombination of black leather sports seats and a 5 speed manual stick shift. It is pretty well sorted with and drives extremely well. It starts easily and settles into a nice idle. No smoke, noises or leaks. Plenty of silky smooth BMW inline 6 power and the steering, brakes and gearbox operate correctly. It has a recent R134 air conditioning conversion. A recent clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder as well.
The body is almost entirely rust free and has a fair amount of original paint. There is a small speck on the roof where a previous sunroof deflector had been. The paint is very good driver's quality. Should be left as is unless you want a show piece. Drive this car guilt free! Everything works inside. A/C, lights, windows, radio, etc. The seats look good. The seats side plastic could use a little attention.
Previous owner installed lowering springs and sport struts and shocks. The ride height is perfect. Slightly lower than stock and no rubbing or bottoming out. This car comes with a set of manuals and a few other goodies.
