Description of 1989 BMW 3-Series 325ix |
Before you read further understand this vehicle CANNOT be driven home, it has a transmission problem. Now that we have that out of the way let me tell you about the car. It's a 1989 BMW 325ix Automatic with sport seats and ski pass through. It has a clear title in my name. This BMW has awesome original paint, no fading and absolutely smooth paint. It has a somewhat rare nowadaysRACING DYNAMICS rear valance cover. (will not part out)The car is rust free. It has none of the normal rust that you would expect on an E30.That is what makes this BMW so great. It really is super clean.Rear valance is the nicest I have seen on a E30 no battery box rust. It has one minor ding on one fende, also a very minor one on the driver's side rear passenger door. The passenger seat in the photo has snow on it seats are clean and nice. I am the 3rd owner, previous owner bought it from the original owner and it was garage kept. He also had antique plates on it. I have $8000 in service records from BMW up until 2014. Much of the service was done at Bimmer Buddies in Middletown PA. Starts and runs but does not drive. It's an obvious transfer case or trans issue, I'm leaning more towards transmission. But it does not move in forward or reverse gears. Has like new Khumo tires, KN filter, euro clock, Sport Seats, Ski passthrough on rear seat, e30 M3 springs, IS spoiler, Kenwood head unit, 199k miles.
