Description of 1990 BMW 3-Series

You are looking at a 1990 BMW 325is that has been fully restored to its original shape over the past 2-years. I am reluctantly selling it due having several cars (including my Mercedes C36 AMG that's getting fully restored as we speak) and having another baby boy born to our family. This is a garage kept $20,000 restoration project with many hours of labor that I and previous owner invested in. EVERYTHING works on it (speedometer, power antenna, windows, sunroof...). Its engine, exterior and interior has been treated to make this a showroom worthy car. Ice-cold AC with conversion to 134a. It has a clean Carfax and it's a RUST-FREE car that's been in Southern California in its entire lifetime. Here's your chance to own this LEAK-FREE classic BMW. Here are some of the work done:

Engine: Stock M20B25 was rebuilt to factory specs in 12/2017 with new main and rod bolts and bearings, new 20 overbore OE Mahle pistons/rings, valve guides, etc. Steve's Machine Shop in Azusa, CA did the machining and it was assembled in Offset Motorwerks in Glendora, CA.

Drivetrain: 5-Speed Getrag 260 transmission and 3.73 LSD differential are original to the car with new fluid. They are in excellent shape with no leaks or noises. New OEM clutch and original flywheel resurfaced by Offset Motorwerks in 2/2018.

Suspension: All OEM springs, mounts, and bushings, with OE replacement Sachs/Boge shocks and struts in 3/2018 at Offset Motorwerks. OEM steering rach with new power steering fluid and tie rods, and alignment 3/2018 at Offset Motorwerks. Kumho Tires (195/60 R14) are in great shape with 70% tread left on them. I'm including 4 BRAND NEW German-made BBS 14" center hub caps to give this car a more stunning look that are not on the wheels yet.

HVAC: The air conditioning has been converted to 134a and blows cold air (3/2018 at Offset Motorwerks). The heater works great too. Dashboard was replaced with acrack-free and every wire was inspected and anything that needed to be replaced was done so.

Interior: OEM sport seats reupholstered with M3 style center suede inserts. NO RIPS on the seats or door panels. The carpet was redyed as it had faded.

Exterior: Repainted (Body moldings and body itself) in original Brillantrot Red by Moses Auto Care in Glendora, CA (11/2018).The headliner wasn't replaced as it is in very good condition (2 small 1" wear rips around the interior light that can been seen on the video from the link). Theengine bay wasn't painted since it's the original Brillantrotpaint. Neither the glass nor the sunroof were were removed during the painting process (the plastic rubber is a bit worn but not ripped and you can view this in the video from the link). There were almost zero bodywork done as the original body was extremely straight, the paint had just faded due to age. The only external modification is the Euro front bumper trim without side markers. All fenders and bumpers are ORIGINAL with VIN tags. There are two small spider crack in the windshield the size of a nickel-quarter that can be repaired or replaced. I didn't want to install an aftermarket windshield to keep this car original. The are few TINY dings on the body too but they are minute.

CON: Sometimes when you start it, you have to do it twice. But once it starts, it's very calm and doesn't shake, RPM is normal, ...

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like detailed pictures or videos. The car passed a very strict CA smog check earlier this year without any problem. I hope the next owner appreciates the classic look of this 325is because they are getting very rare to find especially in this great of a condition with no rust to the body. I've also added two videos (I didn't wash the car in the shorter video) the car and few pictures to this link.
