Description of 1994 BMW 5-Series

Rare V-8 versio, brand new engine replaced 8,000 miles ago by previous owner, a semi-famous female musician who mostly put highway miles on the car. A Touring used for Touring.
This car has high miles (321,000), and due to age it has a few quirks that I will list here:
Computer beeps a lot, maybe disconnect the speaker? Computer says brake pads are worn. (See dashboard photo)
Stereo and A/C not working.
Right rear shock absorber makes squeaky sounds.
Power steering pump is noisy, performance unaffected.
Sunroof leaks due to clogged drains, can be unclogged, but I just tape up the seams with duck tape during rainy season.
Leading edge of hood dented by truck trailer hitch backing into me in a parking lot, German bra conceals damage.

Paint faded.
Zero rust, California car all its life.
V-8 is ridiculously fast, these V-8 cars have a cult following as drift race cars when chipped. (Chip is stock)
Gets around 18 miles to the gallon.
If it did not have these addressable issues I could easily ask double the opening bid, but keeping it realistic.
