Description of 1987 BMW 3-Series |
1987 BMW 325iS Yes, this is a true iS or “Sport model” car. 5-Speed manual transmissionAlpine White with black interior225k+ miles [actual mileage unknown—odometer stopped at 224,451]Clean title/Carfax Very clean, original car.Reliable, tight and fast. All matching VIN tags in place.Original front air dam included in sale, but not currently installed on the car.[The last picture is of the car when I bought it.] This car is not perfect, but far better than most. Very honest, a true survivor indeed. Lowered on H&R springs.New front pads and rotors, as well as timing belt and water pump, replaced last year. Subframe bushings and guibo replaced the year before. The only non-working items are the radio, tach, onboard computer and [both] door lock mechanisms. The muffler is shot [I have a replacement that I will include in the sale] and the drivers seat needs some attention [see pics]. All the trunk “interior panels” have been removed, but it is otherwise clean and rust-free. I have owned this car since 2015 and it has hands-down been the best and most fun car I’ve ever owned. The only reason I’m selling it is because I’m ready for something new. I know I will regret the decision as soon as it’s gone. Please ask any questions you have before bidding. Car is sold as-is, where-is. No warranty, express or implied.Buyer is responsible for shipping, but I am happy to assist shipper within reason. Thank you for looking! On Sep-28-20 at 12:41:01 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to add notes about the cruise control and A/C system. The cruise control is inoperable. The A/C may or may not work—I honestly don’t know. The system might just need to be recharged. |
