Description of 1976 BMW 3-Series

A complete detailed service history is not available. I have owned it since June 2023. I bought it from a family friend who was the son of the original owner. When the father died, the mother had the title transferred into her name. The car never left their family. Here is what I have done myself...
I picked up the car this June not running. It was always garage-kept and then parked in storage where it has not run since 2017.

Since I Have owned the vehicle :I did an oil and filter change.Replaced a couple of fuel lines.New Fuel Pump And Fuel Filter.New Battery.New Plugs, Wires, and Rotor.Set Timing and test drive.

GENERAL CONDITION ELECTRICAL/ MECHANICAL: All electrical components seem to be in working order. Exterior headlights, and dashboard lights all work. There is no radio in the vehicle. Windows and sunroof seal shut with no leaks. The weather stripping is in great condition, with no cracking. The dashboard is 10/10 with no cracks or fades. Window wipers work. The fan switch is not stuck.Under the hood, there is one broken terminal connector on the carburetor, it was very brittle and snapped. The transmission, clutch and gearbox are super smooth. Nothing is grinding, shifts very well. Everything is functional. It is really a solid start to a great project.
GENERAL BODY CONDITION: The body seems exceptionally straight and stiff for its age. Handles like a Bimmer should. I took it to 80mph with no problems. No signs or indications of any accidents or frame repairs. The original owner was a family friend and they also confirmed it has never been in an accident. Clean Title confirms. The interior seating is as good as garbage. The seats seem to be original and have very little material left. The mechanism still works fine and no seat twist.
I have some original parts that were removed and some brand-new parts in the trunk that come with the car. Random items, I do not have a list.

The sale of this vehicle and parts is final and post sale refunds or negotiations will not be possible or considered. This is a 50+ year old vehicle and it is the auction bidders responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of the vehicle to his/her own satisfaction prior to submitting a bid through ebay.

Buyer is responsible for safely removing the vehicle and parts from my property and shipping to the final destination. I will not assist the buyer in moving and loading the vehicle.

Payment: Verified payment in full through Paypal will be accepted prior to title transfer and removing the vehicle. Cash payment will be accepted under the following conditions: Buyer or Buyer's Agent must hand cash directly to my bank to be counted, verified and deposited during the bank’s business hours. Title will be signed and transferred to Buyer, and vehicle and parts may be removed only after my bank counts, verifies and deposits Buyers cash. Cashiers checks, wire transfers or any other payment method are not acceptable.
