Description of 1959 Buick LeSabre

1959 Buick LeSabre 4 door hardtop in Arctic White with blue interior. This is a nice car with 96000+ miles on it that I have owned for the past 8 years. For a LeSabre it has some unusual options: The 364 cu in engine is equipped with the Power Pack option which used a 4bbl carburetor and dual exhaust to give it 300hp. The car also has the optional Triple Turbine Dynaflow automatic. This car doesn't shift gears. its just a smooth start and you keep on going with the fluid drive. The interior is in great shape with original seats. door panels. dash pad. and sun visors. The headliner had been replaced and shows some bleed through of some sort of text from the backing. The interior is the deluxe version and the car has power steering and power brakes. both which work well. The gas gauge doesn't work and the speedometer reads slow. The original Sonomatic radio tube radio works fine. This car just floats down the road and has a modern pair of adjustable air shocks installed in the back. According to the previous owner the car has been repainted once but this is the original color. The paint is in nice shape and there is no rust through visible on the car. There is some rust visible under the front fenders. rocker edge and rear passenger fender where it wraps under the back of the car. There is also evidence of some rust repair on the underside of the front fenders and underside of the driver's rear fender. and rocker. I have done no body work in the 8 years that I have owned the car nor has it shown any signs of deterioration. The car drives nice and has never let me down. The fins on these Buicks draw stares where ever you go.
