Description of 1940 Buick Special

My grandfather bought this car new, nd I wish I could restore it, ut don't have the money. It was last driven in 1977 and the motor was last turned 3 or 4 years ago. The body is solid, ith some surface rust; no major damage. The interior is rough. The speedometer had been taken apart but I believe the parts are all there..A new motor was installed in 1951. I'm asking $3250 and hoping someone local gets it so I can see it restored!
