The following terms of sale apply to all of our online auctions:

Payment Methods:
Cash (in person. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit:
The successful high bidder will submit at least a$2000.00 deposit within2 business days of winningthe auction to secure the vehicle. Failure to deliver deposit in the prescribed time, ill deem this auction non binding, nd we will no longer be contractually obligated to sell the vehicle to the winning bidder and the bidder will forfeithis/her deposit.

Payment of Balance Due:
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due in full(plus applicable fees and taxes) and takeownership of the vehicle within7-10 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. (We don't require removal of the vehicle in this same time frame. We understand shipping or picking up of the vehicle may take a little longer).

Additional Fees and Taxes:
Buyersare responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes & fees as well as title/registration fees in home state.

Financing:
If bidder is financing, lease ensure that financing is arranged BEFORE bidding.

Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and arrangements however if we can help you we will. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to or picked up by the shipping company.

Pick it up yourself:
If you choose to pick the vehicle up yourself, e will make every reasonable attempt to insure that the delivery of this vehicle is smooth. This applies to normal business hours with prior notification and arrangements.

Buyer's Inspection:
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. We try to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, lease make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. If you are anywhere within a reasonable proximity of the surrounding area, his vehicle can be viewed before auction ends by appointment.

Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, his vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, or are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Mileage:
Mileage on this vehicle has been recorded at the time of listing and is subject to change.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

Since this vehicle is for sale locally we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, r end the auction early, f necessary. Furthermore, e shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.

Please insure that you are financially able and or willing to follow through with your bid. We consider vehicles to be sold upon "Reserve Met" status. By placing bids in this auction, ou will be considered a potential buyer for this vehicle, lease insure that you have read, nderstand, gree, nd adhere to all the terms of this sale listed on eBay. Your bid or purchase is a contract - Buy or place a bid only if you are serious about the item. If you are the winning bidder, lease be aware that the winning bid on this item is a legally binding contract and the item will not be sold for less than the winning bid amount. Bid Retractions:
Bid retractions are not allowed. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders:
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder:
The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder:
If the deposit is not received within2 business days of the close of auction and or if the balance is not paid in full within7-10 business days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

The winning bidder will receive upon payment in full a free and clear title that will have no branding such as salvage, econstructed, tc.
