1983 Buick Regal is a project car will need some work. I had plans to fix but have to many projects at this time. It does run and drive but is a project car in need of a little tlc. It was stolen a couple years back and has been parked since. Some of the things it will need will be a steering column a back seat and drivers door panel and anything else you can see in pics.
