One Owner - my grandfather bought it new. All matching numbers. Wildcat 445 - 401Cubic Inch motor is tight, grandma drove it most of it's life - for real. Has always had frequent oil changes, no lifter ticks or engine noises(lifters tick slightly on cold startup, always have since new - the following year they came out with new style lifters that don't bleed down). At around 100,000 miles compression was tested - even and right at around 155, Oil pan was pulled to inspect bearings and cylinders, bearings clean and tight so no attention needed. Oil pump was also inspected. This beast has original factory high compression forged pistons - Heads have never been off. Great car to restore if you can do paint and upholstery, or if you need a primo nailhead motor and trans for another project. Original speedo was replaced, so mileage is actually around 110,000. Been sitting and could use a tune and the carb is running rich. With a good tune, this land yacht will light the tires. Drives pretty well, somewhat sluggish cause it needs a tune. New radial whitewall tires and water pump. Needs some bulbs and minor things to pass state inspection. Has a broken gas tank strap and some rust as shown in pictures. Missing top windshield trim and trunk stuff carpet, spare, etc. Trunk has some rust holes in floor. Rust spots in several places on rockers and rear window bottom. Original upholstery as pics show. My dad recently passed so my grandparents and parents are gone now. I am finally going to let it go to someone that will make best use of it.
