Description of 1987 Buick Grand National

1987 Buick Grand National for sale - this car is a one owner car, the original owner passed away and title has been put in his wife's name so it actually shows 2 owners. Title is showing 290k miles which should have been 29k miles at the time and I am trying to see what I can do to fix it. It has been stored away for 16 years in a garage with only a little surface rust on one side of bumper and under the T-tops. The Under carriage and rest of the car is rust free with a super clean interior. This car has T-Tops and they do not leak. It also came with the factory phone upgrade and manual. It starts and drives but need all fluids change since it has been sitting for a long time. New bumper filler are included. This car does need paint.
