Description of 1964 Buick Electra CONVERTIBLE

YOU ARE BIDDING ON A REALLY NICE BUICK ELECTRA 225 CONVERTIBLE BARN FIND. THE CAR RUNS LIKE A NEW CAR. I HAD THE ORIGINAL CARBUERATOR TAKEN OUT AND PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT AND A COMPLETE NEW TUNE UP AND THIS CAR STARTS RIGHT UP THE FIRST TIME AND RUNS LIKE A NEW CAR. IT HAS PLENTY OF HORSE POWER BEHIND THAT 445 WILDCAT ENGINE. I MEAN THE CAR TAKES OFF LIKE A JET. THE PAINT SEEMS TO BE ALL ORIGINAL. THERES A FEW CHIPS MINOR AT THAT AND YOU CAN SEE THERE'S NO OTHER PAINT UNDER THE ORIGINAL PAINT. THE CAR ALSO HAS POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES. THE DOORS CLOSE WITH THAT BEAUTIFUL SOUND THAT A DOOR SHOULD MAKE ON A CONVERTIBLE. THE BODY IS ALL SOLID GM METAL NO ROT ANYWHERE ON THE BODY.THE CAR NEEDS SOME BRAKE WORK ON THE FRONTS BUT I AM 85 YRS OLD AND I JUST CANT DO IT ANYMORE. SOME ONE A LITTLE YOUNGER THAN ME CAN DO THE FRONT BRAKES WITH EASE. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ASK ME JUST GIVE ME A CALL AND I WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE, DROP ME AN EMAIL AND I WILL EMAIL YOU MY NUMBER AND WE CAN CHAT. THANKS FOR LOOKING AT THIS REALLY NICE CAR AND ENJOY THE AUCTION. THE INTERIOR IS IN DECENT SHAPE THE TOPS OF THE SEATS ARE EXCELLENT BUT THE BOTTOMS LIKE ANY OTHER CONVERTIBLE IN THE SUN GETS WEATHERED AND CRACKS. IT COULD BE USED THE WAY IT IS OR HAVE THE BOTTOMS REPLACED ON THE FRONT AND BACK SEAT AND THE CAR WILL BE GORGEOUS. ITS A DAILY USER BUT YOU HAVE TO GET THE FRONT BRAKES FIXED AND YOUR SET TO GO. THANKS CARLO
