1971 Buick Riviera "Boattail"

Recently purchased this Riviera on EBay. Turned out to be more of a project than I wanted so I bought another one. This car is complete except for 1 small piece of stainless trim at front grill. Car originally had A/C but compressor has been removed. Comes with extra rims and many extra trim parts. GS emblems. Most interior has been reupholstered (though new door panels have not been installed). New carpet and headliner. Dash assembly will need attention. Column shift, TH400 auto-transmission. 455 engine runs, tranny has apparently been rebuilt, car runs, steers and stops. Needs tires. Body is really straight and only surface rust on frame. Paint job was not properly prepped and will need attention. This is a good, complete project car! Have clear title!

This is the first year of the boat tail! Lighter weight, more HP than the '72 and the '73 is NOT a true boat tail. Check for yourself-the '71's are MUCH more scarce. Simply trying to recoup a fraction of what I've got in this car. Feel free to call anytime-Austin (704) 778-6991-Monroe, NC.
