1953 Buick Skylark Convertible Very Solid Complete Car Well Worth Restoration

1953 Buick Skylark Convertible limited production 50th Anniversary Edition with this being 1 of 1,690 produced.This car was purchased from a Massachusetts family estate and has been in storage since last driven in 1964.
It is very complete, with as far as I can tell all of the stainless trim accounted for. The antenna is missing as is a round ornament piece on the top of the left front fender that I have not seen on any other Skylarks.

The continental kit although never a factory option was offered by many Buick dealers as an add on option and this one does appear to be complete.
The car has very minimal rust on the body and has mostly surface rust. The floors and trunk are also very good with a few small holes on the drivers side and some inside the spare tire well. The frame is also very solid.The Buick Nailhead V-8 also appears to be complete and is not stuck. The mileage shown is 59052 and is quite possibly original.
