1963 Buick Skylark Convertible. 71K original miles. Original Leather Interior. Numbers Matching front to back. Factory 215 Aluminum V-8 with 4 barrel (200 hp) and her original Borg Warner Super T-10 four speed transmission. Bertha (her name) has undergone a complete restoration front to back. The original drivetrain was fine and left alone. This car had never been undercoated and was 99% rust free when we started the restoration 3 years ago. She has new brakes (every part) front and rear, all new shocks, springs, all rubber components have been replaced. Power top (new) works great and has new cylinders and pump. She was stripped down and all seam sealer replaced while undergoing the restoration work. I have a complete set of photos from the day purchased, restoration and final product. She goes down the street straight as an arrow, is comfortable on the highway and a blast to drive. One thing is for sure - you never have to worry about someone going by you in the other direction in the same car. In all the car shows we have been to everyone says wow - never seen that before - what is it? Well, it's a one year only body style, one year only drive train, suspension etc. She has been lovingly restored and driven about 2000 miles since completion. Wife wants something for herself (already purchased) so Bertha has to go (I have several other toys already) Shes not perfect as I do drive her but you wont find another anywhere in this condition. Ready for a new owner and I have well over the asking price into her already.
