This started out as a nicely equipped factory Skylark Custom Convertible. It appears to be a solid metal car. The car is believed to currently have a 455 cubic inch motor with visible performance and cosmetic upgrades. We do not know the history of the car mechanically but it does start and runs good and drives out very strong as you can see in the DrivingVIDEO. The transmission is a 3 speed automatic with stall converter. The transmission seems to have very high (rpm) shift points. We don’t know if this is a performance “tweak” or if the transmission just isn’t shifting properly. The power steering. power brakes and power top all seem to be in good working order. The air conditioning has been upgraded and converted to R134 refrigerant. As you may notice in the photos and video. the speedometer is missing its needle and the car outside although very nice looking. has a few dents and scratches but does not seem to have any serious rust problems. This isn’t close to being a perfect car if that is what you are willing to pay for. but it is a great looking car that is a blast to drive and we have priced this car to sell.
