The Buick Riviera was a large stylish American sports coupe that was extremely well regarded by automobile experts all around the world. High profile designers such as Sergio Pininfarina declared it as one of the most beautiful American cars ever built. The second generation Riviera hit the market in 1966 and retained its cruciform X-frame, power-train, and brakes but introduced an all new, curvaceous body. Longer, lower, and wider, the new model was instantly loved and sales rebounded, making the 1969 model more desirable.I'm pleased to present this lovely 1969 Riviera that is currently registered in the State of California for your consideration. It is powered by its 430CID v8 (360hp 4 BBL) which as removed (cleaned painted, resealed, valve job, new belts, hoses, tune-up, timing chain, rebuilt oil pump, fuel pump, water pum, fan clutch & rebuilt carburetor ) paired with an automatic transmission. Also please note the radiator, battery & cables, wheel cylinders, ignition switch, interior carpet were also replaced. The car's recent repairs are documented. The headliner does need attention and is shown in the pictures. The car was repainted in its life & shows well for it's age. The car rides on brand new HanKook Optimo P235/75R15 tires as well. Other highlights includ, Air conditioning (not working), power steering, power brakes, front bucket seats and center console with coveted shifter . This is a great American Classic and is sure to please. *** Please Email with any and All Questions before bidding.
