1989 Buick Park Avenue Electra 1 owner 45K miles w/extras (Northeast Ohio) RARE!

What a unique and fantastic vehicle! The ULTIMATE in LUXURY! This is an all original 1989 Buick Park Avenue Electra. 1 owner, purchased brand new in 1989. There probably isn't another one like it in this condition with such low mileage on the planet. Always stored in agarage. Rarely driven in the elements. I have the original window sticker as well. 19/28 MPG. Includes the SD luxury option package. 3.8 litre 3800 v6 engine with sequential fuel injection. Auto transmission with overdrive. Front wheel drive. It has been meticulously cared for and is in very good condition.The paint is all original. The interior is also infantastic shape with nowear. Again, this is a 1 owner vehicle with less than 45K miles. It runs great and there are absolutely no mechanical issues. There are no leaks and the A/C blows cold. It comes with the factory and sporty corvette style hood too. This car rides like a dream. The interior is almost comically plush. You may almost fall asleep while riding or driving. If you don't remember from decades ago, the "boat float" ride was only available on a few select vehicles and this is one. It rides as comfortably as the best, top of the line vehicles today. The vehicle was also professionally rust-proofed when purchased new and driven infrequently only in good weather so thereis no rust at all which is very rare for an Ohio vehicle. BRAND NEW tires were recentlypurchased(less than 50 milesonnew factory replica white walls to maintain the classic look). It comes complete with all of the factory manuals as well as several other service manuals that were purchased during ownership as shown in the photos. There are 2 sets of keys, both with the remote control. Fresh oil change, new battery and transmission fluid also changed this week to ensure long term service. This vehicle was so ahead of its time and includes the trunk unlock remote switch too along with the easy trunk-shut mode. The only issues I am aware of are a sagging headliner which has been pinned up (no tears or other issues.. could easily be re-glued at a body shop) and the power antenna no longer retracts completely insidethe trunk when not in use (itgoes down... just doesn't go into hide-a-way mode).
