Buick Century . Condition is Used. As is. This car has been in my family since new. It sat in storage for 20 plus years. We tried to bring it back to life, because there is hardly any rust in this car. We replaced the carpeting, the steering wheel. Recovered and re-padded the seats on the interior. The door panels still need work, and kick panels need to be replaced. It has coker wide white radial tires. Have the original hub caps as well as all the original trim/chrome pieces. We re-cored/rebuilt the original radiator ($800.00). Rebuilt the original starter, generator and replaced the regulator. It has all new belts and hoses. We sent the intake manifold to a machine shop and CNC machined it to accept an Edelbrock 600 cfm manual choke carburetor. We converted the ignition to a GM HEI distributor with all new plugs and wires. It has a new gas tank. We converted to an electric fuel pump. Had the factory water pump rebuilt. We replaced the torque tube ball and gaskets. Converted the factory oil bath air filter to a paper filter system. So much has gone into this car to make it a fun and reliable driver, however while tuning, we noticed the oil filter was not seated properly and lost a lot of oil before it was too late. The motor will still fire up, but makes a lot of bad noises and needs to be gone through.
