This 1962 Buick Skylark convertible originally came from Missouri, then lived a number of years in San Diego, and we purchased it about 5 years ago and moved it to Northern California. It had sat for a number of years under prior ownership, so we had everything gone thru, carb rebuilt, new hoses and belts, new tires, new carpet. Entire brake system replaced, gas tank removed cleaned & resealed, fuel lines replaced, radiator recored and hoses replaced & thermostat, generator recently rebuilt, new battery, replaced all lightbulbs and headlights, everything works except the clock. New convertible top motor, hydraulic lines and arms, top is original in mediocre shape and no back window. Comes with new navy blue canvas top with window. Some rust remediation done on driver’s side as seen in pics, most paint is original I believe. Chrome is original and In good shape overall, all glass in good original condition. Brought it to Florida last year when we moved. We drive It regularly to the grocery store and beach, runs reliably. No oil leaks but does weep transmission fluid, but only a little, typical with that transmission. Please feel free to ask any questions or for additional pictures. I always recommend having a car inspected before purchasing so you know what you’re getting. Buyer is responsible for inspections and shipping. I’m glad to help coordinate pickup. Car is being sold as is, no warranty or guarantees given or implied. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time, and cancel a bid from new or zero feedback buyer accounts. In-person inspections are welcomed. $1000 deposit within 24 hours, full payment within 7 days unless I agree to another arrangement.
