This 1954 4-door Buick Special has been owned by one family. It has been sitting on blocks for the last 30 years. When it was put there it was running smoothly. It needs work on seats. crack in the front windshield. needs a battery. some rust on the undercarriage. and has good rims but flat tires. Frame is solid. It has never been in a wreck.
