Description of 1972 Buick LeSabre

This is a 1972 Buick Le Sabre Custom 2-door convertible. 5.7 L 350 CI V8 automatic transmission (drive low 1 and low 2). Exterior color is metallic green with a white leather interior and top (boot forconvertibletop is also white leather intact w/bag in trunk). Convertible tophydraulics cables and latches all replaced 15 years ago. Car starts and runs great with minor rust starting around the rear passenger side tire (rocker panels behind and in front of tire). Small dent/crease/scratch on passenger side rear fender above wheel well. Tires are in great condition new 3 years ago. Drivers side door hinges may need to be adjusted and handle to roll up the window is missing the knob. This car was purchased from the original owner 20 years ago and stored in a garage on concrete since that date. Car was registered in New York State until May 2015 (2015 registration sticker never put on registration was not renewed). Last inspection expired in June 2013. 96445 original miles. Steering "jerks" when driven possibly steering box or belt. A few leaks underneath the car. Oil drips on oil pan needs a pan gasket and possible rear main seal. Transmission is wet/has some drips appears to be a seal leaking. Drives and shifts with no trouble. This car is currently owned by an elderly couple that can no longer give the vehicle the attention it deserves and would like to find a new owner to appreciate this car.
